My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic, with unhelpful staff and long waits that left me frustrated. The room I received did not reflect what I had booked, which added to my dissatisfaction. Although there were some redeeming features, such as the friendly staff I encountered later on, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.
